Owner & founder of Capital City Massage Therapy, I believe in the healing power of touch. My philosophy is centred around providing a safe and comfortable environment where my clients can relax and rejuvenate their bodies and minds through massage therapy.

We offer a pain management program with massage therapy   Licensed, educated and insured. I began my Journey with Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Edmonton AB in 2023.

I am currently enrolled in the Manual Osteopathy program at MOCC (Manual Osteopathic College of Canada) in Edmonton. Completion date April 2026.

As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and graduate of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (2025), my goal is to provide a professional and calming space where clients feel at ease and confident in their care. With a background in the Canadian Armed Forces, I understand the importance of physical well-being, recovery, and stress relief.

My journey into massage therapy began in 2023 with a passion for helping others improve their mobility, reduce pain, and restore balance in their lives. Specializing in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, I focus on personalized treatments that address each client’s unique needs. Whether you're seeking relief from tension, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to unwind, I am committed to supporting you on your wellness journey.
