Nothing, we will bring everything needed. We ask for a small space to open and set up the massage table. We even bring relaxing music so you can drift away zzzz.

Massage can lower stress levels and feelings of anxiety. It can improve mood and relaxation while increasing confidence and self-image. Massage helps the fluid in our bodies flow accordingly. 

At this time we do not. However, we do provide you with a receipt for insurance reimbursement. PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you have Blue Cross, Medavie, Manulife, Canada Life, Group Source, Empirelife or Sunlife, receipts will not be accepted for reimbursement until March 2025. Our direct billing will start in March 2025.

We do. Hospice or palliative Massage Therapy is beneficial for the nervous system regulation through various mechanisms that reduce stress and promote relaxation. Massage therapy for hospice or palliative patients is used for symptom and stress management, comfort, quality of life improvement, support, and relaxation, and not rehabilitation.

We are great with pets. We will not send a therapist to your home who has allergies to pets or is afraid of pets. One thing we do ask is you refrain from smoking inside your home while we are there. This is for the health and well-being of our amazing therapists. 

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards (tap only) and E-transfers

YES! If you have your own massage table & linens we offer a 10% discount.

 *Couples massage needs to have 2 massage tables available*

Apartment, condo or home: If this requires more than 3 stairs, we will not be able to do a treatment with you. Our equipment is over 40lbs on our backs. This is for the safety and well-being of our amazing therapists. If there is an elevator there is no issue. Our equipment is on wheels for easy setup.
